Privacy Policy

The short version

The app works fully offline — an account is optional. If you create one, we store your email and your to-do lists so they can sync between your devices. That's it. No ads, no analytics, no trackers, nothing sold or shared with anyone. You can delete your account and everything with it, in the app, at any time.

What we collect, and why

Email address — used only as your account identity for signing in and syncing. We don't send marketing email.
Password — never stored. We keep only a one-way bcrypt hash, which lets us verify your password without knowing it.
Your to-do lists — task text, categories, done-status, and your time estimates, stored so your lists follow you across devices.
Session tokens — random codes that keep you signed in for up to 30 days, removed when you sign out.

What we don't collect

No analytics or usage tracking, and no advertising of any kind.
No location, contacts, photos, or anything else from your device.
No cookies — the app keeps its working copy in your device's own storage.
No third parties: your data is never sold, shared, or transferred to anyone. Our hosting provider's web server keeps standard connection logs (IP addresses), as virtually all websites do.

Where your data lives

Synced data is stored on our server at api.videsignstudios.com. It travels exclusively over encrypted HTTPS, and the storage directory is blocked from direct web access. The copy on your own phone or browser stays on your device and is yours.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Your account and synced lists exist only as long as your account does.

Deleting your account

In the app: on the main menu while signed in, tap delete in the account row and confirm. Your account and all synced lists are erased from our server immediately and permanently.

Prefer email? Send a deletion request from your account's email address to videsignstudios@gmail.com and we'll remove it for you.

Deleting the account does not touch the local copy on your device — remove that by uninstalling the app (or clearing this site's data in your browser).

Children

ADHD Dice Me UP is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
